Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on any purchase within 30 days of your purchase. Returned or exchanged items need to be in its original condition. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any other way.
All returns/exchanges must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear scratch or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (boxes, brochures and pouches included)
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom-made (made-to-order) design jewelry, engravings and special sizes
30 Day Returns & Exchanges:
We made it easy for you – we offer free shipping for your returns & exchanges for order above $250. For orders below $250; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If any order items are damaged during transit, contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or jewelry taken elsewhere for repairs. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), or stones coming out.
Make sure to return your order in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates.
RITA Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, RITA Fine Jewelry has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
To start a return:
Please check our return policy above to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at [email protected] requesting your return label. Make sure to include the following:
- The order number (if you do not have one, we can also track down your order with the original purchaser’s full name and email address)
- The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
- Please provide the email address associated with your order so we can apply the credit once processed and send you a confirmation email.
