Our Warranty

All of our pieces are handmade and may include slight unique variations in color and size for our natural stones and pearls. Scratches caused by daily wear are expected as gold and silver are soft metals. Each variation adds a character to your piece and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

With our warranty, we’ve got you covered. Our warranty covers any damage to the material and the workmanship of the jewelry within 3 years of the date of purchase. After 3 years, if there is any damage, you can always reach us at [email protected] and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

If you need to send your jewelry for a repair that is qualified under our warranty, we cover 2-way shipping for your repair 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, we just ask for you to cover 2-way shipping.

 

What are things covered under the 3-years warranty?

 

A broken jump ring

Chain repair/ soldering

Diamond and gemstone setting service*

Stone tightening

Earring post soldering

Jewelry polishing

Rhodium plating

Gemstone polishing

 

* Diamond setting and gemstone replacement services can be subject to a fee. Please contact us at [email protected] before proceeding with your repair request.

 

Things not covered under the 3-years warranty:

 

We’re confident in the quality of our product hence, we offer the 3-years coverage. 

 

The warranty does not cover any lost pieces, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product (like a bent ring or broken chain), and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of RITA Fine Jewelry.

We do not offer any resizing service, so make sure to choose the right size for your pieces. If you are not sure about sizing, check here or contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.

 

How to submit a warranty claim?

 

Email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, detailed description of the defect and make sure to include photos of the item(s). A team member will be contacting you within 2 business days with the following steps.

 

Important

 

  1. Items purchased through a third party vendor (or altered by a third party) are not covered under RITA Fine Jewelry’s warranty. 

  2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

  3. RITA Fine Jewelry has a right to deny any warrant claims that are suitable for the above conditions and may have the item(s) re-shipped to the customers.
