Yes, we’re able to accommodate custom designs. We would love to design completely bespoke piece or adjust any of our pieces to your preferred metal or diamond colors.

Yes, you can! Before you proceed with your purchase e-mail us at info@ritafinejewelry.com and we will be happy to assist you with your desired sizing our your fine piece.
Yes we can! If you have a special font or style you want simply send us an email after your purchase along with your order number. Just keep in mind that the piece you have chosen has enough space for your engraving 🙂
Kindly note that we may cancel your order should the engraving request includes any profanity or derogatory words.
While we can never be certain of your size without having physically measured your finger or trying on one of our rings, we do have a few handy tricks that may help you determine your size.
If you already have a ring that you like its fitting, grab a ruler and measure the internal diameter. Then, cross-reference with our sizing chart.
If you don’t have a ring, then you can simply follow our easy-to-measure steps to find it out!
1. Measure your finger
2. Wrap a strip of paper around your desired finger.
3. Make sure that the paper is pulled snug to your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.
4. Mark the spot where two ends of the paper strip meet and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).
5. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
Warranty & Care
Yes we do. Our warranty covers any damage to the material and the workmanship of the jewelry within 1 year of the date of purchase. After 1 year, if there is any damage, you can always reach us at info@ritafinejewelry.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
If you need to send your jewelry for a repair that is qualified under our warranty, we cover 2-way shipping for your repair 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, we just ask for you to cover 2-way shipping. For more Warranty.
Your fine piece is designed to withstand the normal rigors of daily wear, but keep in mind that they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones, so a bit of care would be great! While our 14k solid gold made to be worn all day and everyday, try to minimize exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals as much as possible.
Mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. One piece at a time, soak your jewelry and the use a very soft brush to lightly clean each piece. Rinse with care. Finally, lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Always store your 14k in a dry area to prevent exposure to the elements. Don’t keep it stored for too long though – it was made to be worn!
Payment & Shipping
We only accept Debit/Credit Cards and RITA Fine Jewelry Gift Cards.
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Simply e-mail us including your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line along with a detailed explanation of your request. Once you send your request by e-mail, our customer support team will reply you within the next 12 hours.
Just keep in mind that we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us at info@ritafinejewelry.com and we’ll be happy to consolidate shipping items together, so there will be no extra shipping fees.
Each and every product is handmade only for you. Once an order is placed, it may take up to 7-10 business days to craft your fine piece (for more detail check each products timeline). Once your product is ready to be shipped, the indicated shipping timeline starts from there.
The delivery times may vary based on inclement weather, holiday seasons and logistic reasons on courier’s end. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Indicated delivery timeline only includes business days, it does not include holidays, weekends and any delays on the courier’s end.
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll deliver your order to your doorstep. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses.
No, you will not pay any customs duties or taxes. All duties and taxes are included in your order, so there are no additional costs upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14-day returns for all customers. Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.
Please note that a return shipping fee of $50 is charged for returns shipped from all countries. These return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
All returns/exchanges must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear, scratch or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (boxes, brochures and pouches included)
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom-made (made-to-order) design jewelry, engravings and special sizes
As we uniquely produce your fine pieces for you, unfortunately we can’t offer exchanges at the moment.

Please note your return will be processed within 10 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, our team will assure its condition and send you a return confirmation e-mail.
Please keep in mind that RITA Fine Jewelry cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order.
Credit Card
From the day the return is processed by the support team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.
Debit Visa Card
Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.
RITA Fine Jewelry Gift Cards
Should you have purchased an item using a digital gift card and later returned for a refund, we’ll issue the amount as a store credit to your RITA Fine Jewelry account. If you have yet made an account, you can create one right now 🙂
A flat return shipping fee of $50 will be deducted from all orders.
Please note that any duties and taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned to us.
